Crafting an Effective First Time Offer was a relevation to me on how to get more client conversions from prospects. Crafting a starter project at a low cost and high value is the key to building the trust required to sign larger projects. These should never be free but establish an expectation of deliverable value.

This Highlight focuses on two Vistage Group Members. Jason Hayes, President of Top Coat Fabrication met Dustin and one of our Meet the Experts meetings. This meeting introduced members and candidates of our Business Leaders Peer Group to the members of our Trusted Advisor Group.
In the last year, Jason has sought out and contracted experts from our Vistage Trusted Advisors in a number of areas in order to build a foundation for greater growth and stability. These advisors have included a fractional sales management consultant, operations consultant, EOS implementor, and now fractional CFO/HR.
Dustin is a rising star with VCFO out of Austin, TX. VCFO specializes in analyzing financial planning needs and then placing a contractor in the company to build and maintain a system to provide better management information for strategic growth.
Dustin has an extensive background in accounting and finance which has provided the experience to analyze client’s needs and develop a strategy to help them build greater financial strength.
