Building Confidence for Growth |
|
I have found that some of the greatest value that I provide my coaching clients is to introduce them to someone who can provide just what they need.
In the last two years, I have built a group of Trusted Advisors who I regularly refer to those who need their particular expertise.
I have gotten some responses like: Thanks for introducing me to Bill, the organizational structure he helped design can save me millions!
Or like: What a blessing to have someone who can help us design a sales management system to better manage our salesforce without having to hire a full-time sales manager.
Or like: I only had to interview three people for the position because Corey did all of the front end work and fully vetted the candidates.
Or EOS isn’t rocket science. It’s just a simple but structured system to manage my business and Jeff is a great guide in helping us implement that system.
I make a lot of introductions but only based upon my understanding of a need and my trust of an expert to fill that need.
Check out my list of trusted advisors.

I recently interviewed Gary Young, the owner of Avela, and learned how he helps companies find resources in Asia. These alternatives to China include India, Vietnam, South Korea and others.
Gary had a different career in marketing and was getting burned out but his Vistage Group chair suggested he join others for a discovery trip to China. His eyes were opened to opportunities to help some of his marketing clients with promotional products.
After hundreds of sourcing projects, Gary has expanded to other Asia options as well. |
